We are Charlotte Lockhart and Andrew Barnes - an entrepreneurial couple based in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

We are behind the Perpetual Guardian statutory trustee company, we founded the 4 day work week movement through our organisation 4 Day Week Global, and we have wine businesses in New Zealand on Waiheke Island, which we call our second home.
